Return Guide

We hope you’re happy with your purchase!
If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below.

How to Return

1. Contact us first
   Send an email to salg@boston.dk within 14 days of receiving your order.
   Please include:

   • Your order number

   • The item(s) you wish to return

   • The reason for the return (optional)

2. Wait for confirmation
   Our team will confirm your return request and provide the return address and instructions.

3. Prepare your parcel

   • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

   • Pack securely to avoid damage during transport.

   • You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed.

4. Refund
   Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
   Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Important Notes

• Returns are accepted only for orders reported within 14 days of delivery.

• Used, damaged, or personalized items cannot be refunded.

• Exchanges are not possible — please place a new order instead.
