1. General Information
This website is a private Friends & Family portal operated by Boston Group A/S.
Access is restricted to Boston employees, partners, and selected friends of the company.
The access code is personal and confidential.
It may not be shared or distributed. Any misuse — including resale or sharing of access — may result in immediate account deactivation and cancellation of orders.
By placing an order through this portal, you accept the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply exclusively to purchases made on this site.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in local currencies and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment is made upfront at checkout using one of the following payment methods:
- Visa / MasterCard
- MobilePay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments (Stripe), and the amount is only charged once your order has been shipped.
Each customer may order a maximum of three (5) units per product.
All purchases must be for personal use only and not for resale.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to Denmark.
Denmark: GLS Pickup Point & Business address delivery
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and added to your total order amount.
Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or promotional campaigns.
4. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at salg@boston.dk before the 14-day period expires.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Once the returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout.
Please note that personalized, used, or customized items cannot be returned.
5. Warranty and Claims
All purchases are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which provides a 24-month warranty period.
If you discover a defect or fault, please contact us within a reasonable time after noticing the issue (claims made within 2 months are always considered timely).
Replacements, repairs, or refunds will be made depending on the specific situation.

6. Access Limitation and Misuse
Boston Group reserves the right to:
- restrict or revoke access at any time in cases of misuse
- cancel orders suspected of being for resale
modify product selection, prices, or terms without prior notice - The Friends & Family program is intended solely for internal and private use.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We process your personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your personal information is used only for order handling and customer service and is not shared with third parties except where necessary for payment and delivery.
Payment details are encrypted and handled securely through Shopify Payments.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All purchases and disputes related to this site are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes shall be settled by the courts of Denmark.
